MY ACCOUNT

How do I create an account?
1) Accounts are created by purchasing a product, completing an assessment or by creating an account in “Login”
2) To create an account, click the “Login” link at the top right side of our site.
3) Go to the Register section.
4) Add your email address and create a password.

How do I edit the information in my account?

Click the “Login” link at the top right hand side of our site and enter your login and password information. In the “My Account” section, you can view recent orders, manage shipping and billing addresses, and edit password and account details.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click the “Login” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Lost your password? Click the orange link. A link will send an email to you with the ability to create a new password. If the email link doesn’t arrive in your inbox, check your spam folder.

ORDER PROCESSING

How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders placed before 12:00 MST are shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Can you ship internationally?
No, Caring Solutions, LLC is currently only able to ship within the continental United States and cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I change quantities or cancel my order?
Call customer service at 800-999-4301 to make changes to your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

What do I do if my order never arrived?
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped using the tracking information in your shipment confirmation email. If the tracking information shows a status of “delivered”, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. Again, a shipment confirmation with shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of shipment.

What do I do if something is missing from my shipment?
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped using the tracking information in your shipment confirmation email. If the tracking information shows a status of “delivered”, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

I received an order but the items are damaged, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged item please complete a Contact Us form and a representative will help you replace the item as soon as possible.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What do I do if my product is missing a part?
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped using the tracking information in your shipment confirmation email. If the tracking information shows a status of “delivered”, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If a part is still missing, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

PRICING AND BILLING

Why is there sales tax on my order?
We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to some states depending on a number of factors and tax laws.

What are my payment options?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Who do I contact if I have a question on my invoice?
Click the “Login” link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

How do I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
Click the “Login” link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Is Caring Solutions able to bill Medicare or any 3rd party insurance?
Unfortunately no, we are not able to bill Medicare or any 3rd party insurance, although many of our products are eligible for reimbursement by Medicare.

RETURING AN ITEM

How do I return an item?
Please contact the Returns Department at (800) 999-4301, send an email to returns@shopcaringsolutions.com or online by clicking here. Caring Solutions, LLC cannot accept any unauthorized returns without a previously issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

When requesting an RMA, please provide the Caring Solutions, LLC Representative with your customer account number, purchase order, model, serial number (if applicable), quantity, reason for return and a valid email address. RMA’s expire after 30 days of issuance.

Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will be returned to the manufacturer. Caring Solutions, LLC will provide our customers with the manufacturer’s mailing address as well as the manufacturer’s RMA number.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Within seven (7) days of the original receipt, customer should inspect items and contact Caring Solutions, LLC to report any damaged products. Caring Solutions, LLC will issue an RMA; notify the shipper to arrange for an inspection and pick-up, then process a replacement order.

When will my credit appear on my credit card account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
